Its true!   Mall advertising is becoming more and more popular because people are spending more and more time at the mall!  We provide the high quality full color design for free if you like, or we will use yours.  We display your homes in two ways, print ads and monitor ads.   All print ads are printed on 8 1/2 x 11 high gloss photo card stock and are full color.  Customers can view your homes in high qulaity full color display without sacrificing quality for price.  Our monitor ads are displayed on a no smaller than 22 inch (please see locations section for exact sizes, vary by location) widescreen LCD monitor with a slideshow presentation of your homes.  The placing and rotational design is keyed to attract as much attention as possible from all mall goers.

Kiosk Membership 
Kiosk membership is probably the most exciting part of our program.  Not only do future clients get to see your homes in the mall.  They can also see you!  All of our locations are fully functional mini offices!  Stay at the kiosk and meet your next homebuyer or homseller.  For $50.00 per month you can stay at the kiosk  for three hours a week and all leads generated during that time are yours to keep!  We also have a monthly drawing for a free home appraisal that allows you to capture more leads during your stay!  All kiosks have wireless DSL access, a wireless color printer with fax machine, and  local phone line.  If a potential client visits the kiosks you can search the MLS, surf the web, and print out any homes they are interested in!
Monthly Showcase Homes 
Our monthly showcase homes are a professionally designed, full color printed display of varying size that is located right behind or above all of our monitor displays.  The sizes vary depending on location.  What is terrific about these displays is that while our clients are viewing the monitor displays, they are also looking at your home right above the monitor!  For a very low cost your showcase home can be displayed prominently in the showcase for all to see.
