About Us
Where did the Real Estate Showcase come from? 
 
Marketing in your local mall is as old as the malls themselves.  Most malls in major cities actually have realty offices in the mall.  To say nothing of many other malls that have a real estate display of some kind.  Our goal is to change this.  We want to see a real estate display in every mall in America!  More and more Americans are spending a greater amount of time in the mall because it has everything there.  Food, coffee shops, movie theaters, sit down restaurants, city and county government, arcades, and of course: SHOPPING!  This makes advertising your homes in the mall a no-brainer.  Before The Real Estate Showcase if a realtor or realty office wished to advertise in the mall, they would have been worried about the expense and what would happen if they sold their inventory and did not have more to display.  We have taken those worries away.  By creating a unique atmosphere where every realtor has an opportunity to showcase their homes and no long term contracts on your displays, you can be at ease knowing that once you sell your home you do not have to pay more next month.
 
Meet the Showcase Team:
Hi my name is Jeremy Pickle and my wonderful wife Michelle and I are the creators and owners of the Real Estate Showcase.  We have three beautiful children: Dominic, Jonathan, and Caitlynn.  We live in the beautiful city of Johnson City in East Tennessee.  I am a mortgage originator by trade.  After nine years of loan origination, processing, secondary market investor relations, and management, I decided to open a new mortgage company.  Upon opening the company in early 2007 I was looking for an innovative way to advertise myself to the public and local Realtors.  I had lived in Colorado for 14 years and completed loans in every state west of the Mississippi and many east as well.  I started looking back on my experience with advertising in the bigger cities of Denver and Houston and realized that I had never seen any Real Estate advertising in my local mall.  So I created The Real Estate Showcase.  We are excited about the opportunity to partner with you in the Showcase and we look forward to many years of a SUCCESFUL relationship.   The picture below is of my gorgeous new daughter Caitlynn (I am shamelessly using my daughter to advertise)
